Okay so I’m not much of a Brown Eyed Girls fans but I am in favour of Narsha and Gain. Haha those 2 never fail me in ‘Invincible Youth’ and ‘We Got Married’. Okay it’s just a little post here as yall know Ga In’s new mv is out!! Yup do check them out – cause it’s really nice. I like the tango kinda melody that goes wells with the mv Hahaha it’s a 10 minute kinda mv.. Haha

Oh oh oh and next as yall ALSO know – 2PM released their new teaser for their upcoming album. Hahaha they did more flips and acrobatics !!!! Haha miss it since they keep on doing more beastly kinda thing, no? Haha that’s what I think .. Really like the part where Tacyeon was spinning Wooyoung around >.< So be sure to keep watiting for them

NANTA – Cookin’ :)

Just came from Esplanade!!! Went to watch NANTA Cookin’ today and IT WAS AWESOME!!!! The last show is today at 7.30p.m. It was shown here in Singapore from the 1st Oct ober to the 3rd of October.

At frist I thought it was some lame show whereby people are just making noises hitting ang banging the drums – or at least pails etc.. I REALLY had no interest in the show. Pull my mummy along with me to watch it. I had to lie to her saying that Bi was acting – or else she wouldn’t wanna go.(psst she found out only after we sat down -.-) ..

Anyway the story is about.. From washing vegetables and carrying meat loafs to starting fires, the cooks at NANTA kitchen are about to get busy as always until their ill-natured manager brings his little nephew in to let him learn how to cook. He then leaves with a harsh order to prepare for a surprise wedding reception at 6 o’clock. The clock starts ticking and the kitchen starts sizzling! Will the NANTA cooks complete the preparation on time? Join in the smells and sounds onstage to find out!

The show lasted an hour and half. But in between the show there’s lots of interactions with the audiences. I could smell what they were cooking since the area is air-conditioned.. Haha oh yeah the menu for “the day” was actually Pandan Cake hehehehe. Suprisingly – the did used some local language in the act like panas etc . The starting of the show was a little bit dry and slow but slowly things change. The song changes from time to time. By the way only 5 people was acting in the show. Seriously their culinary skills are awesome. Just imagine a restaurant kitchen is able to dance and making songs from hitting pots and pans while preparing the food on time? It would be cool uh? Haha After the whole storyline is done – they had another performance. Probably because it ended too fast or they had extra time.. The last performance was more on hitting drums and making various sounds out of the pails and platic bottles. Lastly, they threw coloured plastic balls to the audiences. Definitely only the people seating at the stalls area get it -.-

I didn’t get the front view but I definitely get a very good view. I was seated at the 3rd level centre area. I wish the show didn’t finish that fast as i was expecting alot more. Maybe that’s what you expect when the show’s really great right? This is definitely onc of the best “non-verbal performance that intergrates Korea’s traditional rhythm, Slmunori with comedy and drama in the kitchen” – NANTA

If you’re in korea be sure to watch it there. Definitley a ‘must-watch‘ show !!!

G.NA IN SINGAPORE!!!!!

As you guys know – G.NA was in town (just few hours ago) for the “Draw G’s Autograph session”.

It didn’t really last long – it took her AN HOUR to sign ALL the cds I mean seriously her siging speed was awesomely fast.

Anyway before I start anything, let me say this straight – THIS IS SERISOULY THE FIRST TIME I’M QUEUING FOR A KOREAN ARTIST -.- . Previously, I queue for Show Luo but ended up didn’t managed to EVEN chance a glimpse of him. Sad right? I know -.-

Okay I started queuing at around 2p.m and the line wasn’t really long until like a hour later? – then the crowd started to pick up. Saw lots of secondary school kids who was still in their school uniforms queuing. Anyway yup half of the crowd queuing are fanboys whereas the other half are fangirls. Haha people are like pushing each other to get to the front – either ways they still can’t see her due to the “holy pole” which was basically obstructing EVERYBODY’s (including me!) VIEW. Serisouly speaking – I feel like cutting down the pole using an axe -.-

Okay so a few minutes after 7p.m – G.NA make her entrance to the stage. She was accompanied by 2 staffs and her 2 back-up dancers. Psst the back up dancers look cute ~ . A few seconds after getting ready, she performed “Supa Solo” from her album – song which she was promoting for quite some time.

I would not say that the performance was fantastic – it was awesome!!! Everyone would say the same thing if they were there. If that “holy pole” did obstruct my view – I would have gotten a nice video of her singing and dancing -.-

Yup after she sang the song, she was making introduction and the usual stuffs. I must say – her english is DAMN AWESOME!!! She got really a cute accent X) After the performance, we did greeting exchange we “rehearsed” earlier on before the session -.- Haha love how everyone was so into it!! Yup, since her birthday just past recently about 2 weeks ago (13th September) WE SANG HER A BELATED BIRTHDAY SONG!! Both in English and Korean. She was sooo moved that she DID shed little tears (awe! so sweet – i know ~) Yup she also DID sang ” I’ll back off so you can live well” – just a few lines from the chorus. And and the best part is THE CROWD SANG TOGETHER WITH HER!!! WOW!! Enthusiastic Singaopreans uh? >.<

Soon after she sign all the cd booklets (god knows how many she signed-.-) . Due to time constraint, she has to sign all the cd booklets as fast as she could. And because of that – I didn’t managed to even say “Hi!, Thank You! and BYE!” to her. Yup no handshake or any physical contact are allowed. She greeted the crowd once again before going off. She mentioned that this won’t be the first time coming here (hinting that she’s coming back again!) and and she’s leaving that very night. Maybe she’s catching the 10p.m plus flight that’s why she gotta rush singing all the cd booklets.. And and the sad thing I was caught in the middle when the crowd was running to the side to catch the last glimpse of her. ( it though they’re gonna step on me)

And soon the crowd slowly dispersed.

It was really a nice experienced attending the autograph session. Everyone was so into it and happy that she came (I mean who doesn’t right?) And she did mentioned that she didn’t expect alot of people to turn up cause at the airport only like 10 people were there to welcome her ( it was a hush hush arrival ).

Before I end off I just wanna thanked Universal Music Singapore for bringing her here, the Enthusiatic Singaporeans who came for the autograph session and lastly G.NA Choi herself for spending some time with the fans here in Singapore. I hope everyone enjoyed this event.

So like finally, I managed to get CN Blue’s showcase tickets only. Really DAEBAK!!!!! I tried like 10 times to secure my seats and make payment – but still didn’t managed to. Wanted to get Cat 2 tickets or maybe Cat 1 if possible but it was running out fast. When I come back from breakfast – it has already sold out. WTF la!!!!! But nevermind hahahaha I got the tixs anyway. Sad thing is that I overlooked my seats. Thought that I choose the seat near the exit but instead choose the the seats on the left hand side and in the centre T.T Really DAEBAK! Hahah and and and another really really REALLY sad thing is that I’M GOING ALONE!!!! Like damn emo la.. Cousin not interested and firends I don’t know who likes CN Blue -.-

Hahaha but anyway gonna enjoy my ride there!!! WOOHOO!!! Oh oh oh and and they’re having like a fansign at City Square Mall – like at FarrerePark on the 20th August at 8pm. Hahahahahahaha since it falls during the fasting month, gonna break fast there >.< .. Then the next day THEIR SHOWCASE!!!! Gonna try and get some fancams if possible and pictures too!!! Hahahahahaha but if can’t – I soooo gonna enjoy it myself X)

Yup anyway here’s another thing – I’m having dreams. I won’t say it’s a bad dream nor a sweet dream. It’s a dream that I can’t stop myself for dreaming bout it. Or maybe cause I’m too engrossed in a thing till I start dreaming bout it. A dream that last for a week or maybe it’s gonna continue on and on and on and still goes on. The thing is – I dreamt bout Super Junior.

Like I say – it’s not bad!!! But it’s getting kinda scary now. Like when I start having these dreams it’s like ok la not real. But as days goes by, the dream started to get so true and real that I woke up in sweat . Ok maybe perspire abit. But still IT’S KINDA SCARY!!!! OK find enough of it..

Alright so I was gone for like 37 days? Haha life, school and more stuffs caught up with me lately. And recently KPOP caught up with me. Before I start off my main thing just gonna say that I’M BACK FROM SHANGHAI!!!! Like finally la. Hahaha yup miss all the things there – the cheapness, freedom, friends, food? HAHAHAHA but definitely gonna miss the friends that I’ve made there over the 2 months.

Gonna miss these group of people that I’ve met T.T

Oh wells ok so I’m back and was send to other company pulak -.- I was hoping that I get in house so that I don’t have to travel all the way to Jurong or anyway at the west side. But my prayers aren’t answered – I was sent to Setsco Service Pte Ltd . Sad right? So the horror of waking up early in the morning is starting again. And in the first week of work – I was on MC for 2 days yesterday and today! Really again – sad right? Yup and because of that – I didn’t managed to accompany my cousin to the airport. I’m really sorry Abg Boy!!! T.T

And for those who don’t know – yesterday After School and F.cuz came to Singapore. Well they’re here for the Sundown Festival held over the weekends. Sad thing it’s expensive and good thing is that it’s held at The Universal Studios!! That’s why the tickets are kinda expensive – foe students like me at least.. Yup anywany this year is gonna be a blast. Many artist is coming to Singapopre.. For example like..

Ok I’m going crazy thinking bout it. I wanna go to CN blue’s showcase -.- Heard that 30 Cat 1 and 100 Cat 2 tickets has been sold to the fanclub. So the REAL TICKET SELLING is on SATURDAY!!!!!! I think the internet system gonna be hang or crashed -.- Hahaha ok just gonna try my luck getting the tickets though!. Gonna go alone if I managed to get it though! Okay sounds so emotional.. Yup gonna try and see them in the airport – eh no not try IT’S A MUST TO SEE THEM AT THE AIRPORT… And and and this time I’M GOING TO SEE BEAST AND 4MINUTE!!!!!!!

So today practically I didn’t nothing is the lab – for now though. Yup so while being so ‘free’, i decided to look up for some of the international brands that can’t really be found in Singapore..

While staying here in Shanghai, I realized that there’s alot of fake goods here and there. No doubt that people will mistook the genuine one as the fake one and vice verse. Haha but sometimes if you buy the better quality fake goods - people can hardly tell which is which. So like I say, I wanna make my stay here fruitful – I went to Pearl International City Plaza to look out for these goods. Haha no surprise that it look like the genuine ones. They used the top quality but cheap materials of courset to do the clothes, bags, shoes etc – you name it, they have it from A-Z. Yup so being just a human being, I can’t help it but to buy these things – I bought a hoodie from one of the shop and the brand name is Abercrombie and Fitch.

Well it doesn’t really look that fake so I decided to buy it. When I look up on the internet on this brand – I found out that it’s one of the top selling brand in the United Kingdom. Find out more bout the brand here. And also here’s some of the clothes they have there

Well hahaha nice right? For me at least. Yup

Another brand that can bee seen most of the place is Cath Kidston. It’s nice – at least for me but I’m not sure of others perspective. Haha some may like it while some may not like it. It’s flora and fauna like of design that most people like me may like it. Haha it look kinda similar to Anna Sui’s brand but well i still love this brand. Ok mak oiii!!!! Since not being in Singapore for at least 2 months, I’ve sure miss lotsa things. As yall know, this coming end of the year there’s gonna be like many Kpop artists coming to Singapore right? First thing first I missed Super Junior on 6th June 2010, secondly I missed Wonder Girls M1 showcase, thirdly I so gonna missed Beast’s showcase coming this June. Well bad timing coming to Shanghai rather then bad luck. But HEY! Look on the bight side!! I PRE-ORDER FT ISLAND’S NEW ALBUM!!!!! Err I forgot what’s the name of the album but HEY! I BOUGHT IT! Soon though -.- once I’m back in Singapore -.- Haha decided to buy their japan cd – Oh i remembered it’s “Brand New-Days” Haha I’m not sure If I can still pre-order it. But if you guys want , yall can order it here ..

I’m not sure which cover is for which edition. I can’t find the cover that has Song Seunghyun and Lee Min Hwan. Yup hope that I can it asap once I touch down in Singapore!. Haha

Ok went to Nanjing Lu (Nanjing Road) with En Xian and Alicia. Haha surprisingly most of the shops there are having sales Haha the sad thing is that I still can’t find any CD stall here. I found one but the CDs they’re selling aren’t the latest one but rather old ones like Super Junior M’s first album stuffs like that. Nevermind can’t expect much here. FINALLY mummy allows me to buy a guitar WOOHOO!!! Haven’t thought of which kind I wanna but. There’s this brand called Johnson but not sure if it’s good or not and moreover it’s cheap. While there’s another brand called A which looks rather old – not brand new BUT really really really costly -.- I don’t know how they price it up. No doubt Yamaha’s guitar is still the best but costly. Hahahahaha not sure if I wanna by the Johnson guitar or not ..

Haha bought the girls something – and I’m gonna write an apology note to them -.- Hahahahaha Yup looking forward to this weekend because we might probably go to their ‘Theme Park’ IF it’s cheap. Heard that it cost around 200 yuan per person? Not sure either :/

SHANGHAI ZOOLOGICAL PARK!

Ok so I have in total – 5 days off. How great is that? Well it’s to celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival held here in Shanghai. Even though i didn’t see any dragon boat around this area -.- Hahaha so yup kinda boring actually cause there’s no internet connection for that 5 days =.- Mostly we just went out and find more gifts for people and myself (: Yup but the highlight of the day is – The Shanghai Zoological Park! Well it’s far way bigger than Singapore’s zoo. But in terms of the animals – it’s similar to ours EXCEPT that they have more pandas. Yup initially, Shu Xian and En Xian was supposed to go but – the former got a bad headache and the latter got diarrhea -.- How sway can that be? Yup so only me and Alicia left so we just go. Haha overall it’s not a wasted trip. Really enjoyed myself – get to meet the other half of my family there even though they do obscene stuffs infront of me tsk tsk tsk but anyway whatever – they’re just animals -.- Yup The tixs are kind cheap – 40 Yuan per person and 50 yuan is included for the Elephant show the entrance /exit the tix Yup I like how the entrance looks like decorated with two elephants. Went to take the Ferris wheel. It’s freaking scary because the whole wheel is just soo – rusty. It looks like anytime sooner or later it’s just gonna break and fall. Well thank goodness nothing happened when I’m on it (: Haha at first it look fun and so I wanted to try it but after I’m ON IT it feels terrible just really terrible … We have to talk when we’re inside or else the sound of the wheel cracking as we’re swaying from side to side will freak us totally out -.- Haha the scenery is great though but it will be better if they were to clean the glass -.- Yup walk around the zoo park. I realized that even though they put the sign “Love me, don’t feed me” many people are still feeding the animals. Surprisingly the animals there look really really really lethargic, worn out, hungry, dirty and really stinks. Their cages are like not even cleaned for like hundreds of years who knows -.- People are like spitting into the animals enclosure and the water is really dirty. I was really disgusted by it. And the animals are like giving me those pitiful eyes – like asking me to save them.. Even the polar bear which is originally white is now half brown and half white -.- . Anyway I can’t do anything bout it right? They have to make the change instead. ..

Anway while walking pass the monkey enclosure I noticed this ..

haha yup after that, we headed to the pet shop just in front of the Zoo. As expected the place is just too unbearable to even step in. But however I mannaged too (: They sell puppies, cats, chicks, birds and even SQUIRREL!!! WHAT THE HELL!!! I mean when I touch it, it just wanted to run as fast as possible but unable too. And the animals there look just so sick that it look like it will die anytime sooner. Even their open wounds from fights are not being treated

Example these 2 puppies. They’re like soiled from their feces. I wish that they find a good owner …

WOOHOO!! SHANGHAI EXPO!!

Haha ok as yall know – I WENT TO SHANGHAI EXPO 2010 YESTERDAY!!!!!!! Hahaha even though it drizzle yesterday – the trip was well worth it. Hahaha ok so i didn’t go to most of the pavilions cause – It rain, I’m too lazy to queue and there’s too many China people queuing -.- Haha seriously it’s FAR worst then any high end kinda situation – I seriously don’t know how to describe it -.- Hahahaha seriously. The pavilions looked seriously FREAKING NICE at night. hahahahahahaha Seriously shit if I know I would go at night – cause firstly like I saw he pavilions look nicer at night and secondly lesser people -.- Haha in the end we queue for 3 hours ONLY FOR KOREA PAVILION. And that – I even forgot to stamp my “passport” when I go there . SHIT HELL MAN!!!! Haha seriously it’s simple and nice. Anyway in 2010 – South Korea is gonna host the Expo and they gonna make it underwater. Works of building it has begun and it’s at Yeosu. Haha hope I can go there!! Anyway let’s start off my story. Firstly we went to Australia.. Haha didn’t take much pictures though – I just get in, get the stamp and ran out to line up for the Korea Pavilion (:. SHIT HELL people are like so fucking kiasu!!!! Far worst 10 times worst then Singaporeans. Shit anyway let the pictures tell the story .

As yall can see – I only queue for the Korea Pavilion. AND EVEN THAT IT IS TIRING. So that’s why after that I decided not to queue. Some of the smaller pavilions doesn’t required us to queue so we just zooomm in (: If I had known – I would go only at night. That’s where most of the BIG pavilion such as USA BRASIL etc – usually we don’t have to queue for it. The night scenery is just so beautiful . But sadly all the pavilions closed at 10pm. -.- Yup made a few friends there such as Geroge from BASIL and Kevin from NORWAY. Yup overall it’s a great experience. The day I went there, there’s only like 300000 ++ people – but during weekends it can reach up to 400000++ people, THANK goodness I didn’t go during the weekends. Tickets cost 160 Yuan – quite cheap though BY+UT we should have bought the 100 Yuan one since we’re students. How stupid of me -.- . Anyway the China people should actually make like certain days for their people and certain days only for the tourists – so that we don’t have to struggle in and fight for a spot.

Anyway before I end this post officially, the next Expo WILL BE HELD IN YEOSU KOREA IN 2012 !!!! How I wish I can go there. The great thing is that now works has started. It is because their theme is – Underwater Expo!! How cool is that? Hahaaha ..

SHANGHAI EXPO TOMORROW!!!!!! -.-

Oh ok so I’m kinda excited that I can FINALLY GO TO SHANGHAI EXPO TOMORROW !!!!! Hahaha Gonna sleep tight tonight – but still not confirm though. HOPE THAT WE CAN GO !!!. Today I’m gonna do mammalian cells culturing, so for the next 2 DAYS I’m gonna be free. Well cause I’ve to wait till the culture grows before I start anything else. Anyway last weekend WAS AWESOME! Went to Yuyuan Road which is something like our Chinatown BUT BIGGER AND BETTER!! There’s lots of chinese calligraphy, teapots etc etc. Mostly Chinese antique stuffs. AND I’ve found my lastest addiction – Coco’s Milk Tea! Well at least it didn’t taste like medicine or melamine -.- Yup a cup of it and you’ll be full (: Had lunch after that at MaCdonald’s. The only decent food that I can get there though. Haha FREAKING CHEAP.. They have Mac Value Lunch too which is only 15 YUAN!!!!! haha seriously cheap. Too cheap till I spend most of my money and didn’t manage it well.. Hahaha Before that this is the group of people which is in Shanghai with me ..

Pretty big place and we almost got lost there -.- Haha next went to Irene’s aunt house area to get the food for the week. Haha LOVE THAT PLACE. Full of foreigners (: Haha lorean, autralians, americans, thais etc… Haha the shopping mall at that area sell really really really cheap stuffs and freaking good quality ..
